Welcome to the E30 Summer Meet 2025 page!

The E30 Summer Meet is organized by Stichting E30Fansite.nl in cooperation with BMW E30 Club Netherlands.
Organized by and for enthusiasts! The E30 Summer Meet is a two day E30 meeting, with over 200 E30!

The aim is to organize a fun weekend for young and old for every E30 enthusiast, with or without the E30!
You will find a brief summary of all information about the E30 Summer Meet below.

On Saturday is the camping day with ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT-BBQ and a drive through the surrounding area.
The big show day is on Sunday, where we try to break the record from 2024 of 252 E30’s at the E30 Summer Meet 2025!

Of course, there will also be Show & Shine, parts market, E30 Quiz, Stands and fun for the kids.

As in previous editions, all BMW models are again welcome at the “BMW Friends Field”!
Everyone is welcome :)

  • You pay the early bird price until 4th August
  • 4 to 10 August you pay the discount price
  • 11 August to 17 August 22:00 you pay the normal advance booking price

After 17 August 2025 at 22:00 there will be no more online ticket sale!

Saturday: Camping!

On Saturday you can arrive from 12:00.
We have an ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT-BBQ (without drinking) and you can take part in an excursion through the beautiful nature nearby. And of course having fun with the other E30 people.
Don’t forget to bring your tent;)

Included in the weekend ticket (camping):

  • Admission on Saturday and Sunday
  • Breakfast on Sunday morning included
  • Participation in the Drive
  • Participation in the “all-you-can-eat” BBQ (without drinks)
  • Overnight stay on site (bring your tent!)
  • Showers and toilets are available on site

All-you-can-eat BBQ:

The BBQ is again “all-you-can-eat”. That means you can eat as much as you want, which is included in the entrance fee.

We offer a large buffet with different types of meat, sauces, salads and bread for you to eat.
You prepare the meat on one of the charcoal grills yourself and in the meantime chat with other E30 fans. Bring a beer or something else tasty with you,! We sell chilled drinks at very reasonable prices in the big tent.

Drive:

This year there will also be a Drive. This takes place on Saturday at around 3 p.m.
That means that it is only driven by the camping guests! If you want to come along, buy your ticket in the online ticket shop!

The Drive lasts ± 2 hours and also has a break where we can take nice pictures again.
Every camping participant can take part in the tour.

Pay attention! There are a couple of things you should know:

  • Admission is only possible if you buy a ticket in the online ticket shop.
  • Campsites are limited, so don’t wait to long!
  • Access to the site only between 12:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., after which the gates close for some safety, piece and quiet.
  • You are not allowed to bring your own grill or other eating utensils. Due to security on the field, this is not allowed.
  • Aggregates are allowed, but must be switched off by 9:00 p.m. at the latest!
  • This year the BBQ is again “all-you-can-eat”
  • Breakfast included in the weekend ticket!

Sunday:

E30 parts market:

Since it has been a great success in recent years, we will again be organizing an E30 parts market on Sunday, where everyone can sell their parts.
There’s a big tent in the field, we’ve already put a lot of tables in it that everyone can use.
All you need to do is bring clothes, a chair to sit on and your parts;)
The E30 Parts Market is open to everyone and participation is included in the entry price!

Show & Shine:

This year there is also a Show & Shine contest! The visitors choose the winners.
You can win great prizes!

The categories are:

  • Best of Interior
  • Best of Engine
  • Best of 2 Doors
  • Best of 4 Doors
  • Best of Cabrio
  • Best of Baur
  • Best of Touring
  • Best of M3

The visitors will choose the “Best of’s”!
You will receive a voting form at the entrance.

E30 Quiz:

Test your E30 knowledge in our E30 quiz!
You will be confronted with a number of multiple choice questions, all about the E30 or related of course.
The person who can answer the questions best will win a great prize!

You will receive the E30 quiz on arrival, fill it in as good as possible and hand it in at the merchandise stand in the large tent.

The awards show is around 3:30 pm so don’t miss it!
